How to See Video Views

On the MainVideo Platform

1. Open the MainVideo Platform.
2. Navigate to your video libraries. Here, you'll find a variety of video cards.
3. Locate the video whose views you want to check.
4. The number of views is displayed in the top left corner of the video card, click on this number.
5. You can also navigate to the specific video page.
6. Click the 'Analytics' button at the top of the page for a more comprehensive view of your video's performance.

In SuperOffice Environment

Remember when you are using a CRM integration to connect the video to the correct lead in your CRM. This way you will know that the video is viewed by the lead, and you will have a better insight into the activity of the lead. 

1. After sending a video, you can track its views by navigating to the respective person's profile.
2. Click the 'Activities' card. Here you will find an overview of the videos sent to that specific person and the associated organisation.
3. The view data will display if and when the video has been viewed.
4. For more detailed information, click 'Details' on a person's page. Here you will see the videos sent and viewed by that specific individual.

In WebCRM Environment

4. For more detailed statistics, navigate to a person's page and click 'Details'. Here you can see the videos sent and viewed by that specific individual.
