How to use notes while recording (Teleprompter)
Sometimes memorizing the entire presentation is difficult! This is where notes come in handy!
What is annoying on many screen-recording solutions is that your recording notes are visible on the screen while you film your presentation. We have in this article set up some examples on how you can record meanwhile having notes open even if you only record from a single screen!

MailVideo makes it easy for you to use notes while recording your video. You can access the notes feature directly within the recording dialog. Here's how:
- Accessing notes in the recording dialog:
When you're ready to start recording a video on MailVideo, simply click the "Notes" button located at the top of the recording dialog. This will open up a notes panel where you can type or paste your notes for reference during the recording.
- Saving notes as templates:
MailVideo allows you to save your notes as templates for future use on other videos. This can save you time and help maintain consistency across multiple recordings. To save your notes as a template, click the "New Template" button within the notes dialog. You can access your saved templates at any time when using the notes feature.
- Using AI assistance for your notes:
For an even more seamless note-taking experience, MailVideo offers AI assistance to help you with your notes. Simply click "Ctrl+Space" on your keyboard while being in the notes dialog, and the AI will help you generate content or suggestions based on your input. This feature can help you create more effective and engaging notes for your video recordings.
