Getting Started

Click here to get started with your 14-days free trial. You must be signed in with a SuperOffice CRM Admin user account to proceed with the installation.

Follow the online instructions and use your SuperOffice Admin credentials to approve the app within your SuperOffice CRM environment.

Select which SuperOffice CRM users will have access to the trial. They will receive an invitation email.

The app is automatically added to your SuperOffice CRM. Next time you log in to SuperOffice CRM Online, the MailVideo tab will be available and ready to use in the contact and company cards.
System Requirements
- Recording videos requires Chrome or Edge browser. Safari is not supported.
- A MailVideo Business Subscription.
Setup Process Overview
Step 1: Admin Authentication
- Log in to SuperOffice with your admin credentials
- Navigate to the app installation page
- Authorize MailVideo to access your SuperOffice environment
