What happens to my videos after my free trial expires?
We offer a free 14-day trial to MailVideo. Once your free trial expired, the following will happen:
- To continue using MailVideo, you will need to upgrade your account to a paid plan. You can learn more about our subscription plans here.
- Videos you have created during the trial will be stored for 3 months after your trial expires. After that, your videos will be deleted and cannot be restored. That means that you and people you have shared the video with will no longer be able to watch the video.
- If you have been using one of our CRM-integrations, you might see that "video created" and "video seen" activities are listed in your CRM's activity tab. This information is stored in your CRM and will not be affected when your trial expired. However, once the video gets deleted, you will no longer be able to see the video that is connected with the activity.
