If you have subscribed to MailVideo Premium or MailVideo Business, and decide to cancel your subscription, the following will happen:
Access During Current Billing Period
Once you cancel your subscription, you will keep access to your MailVideo account until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will no longer be able to use MailVideo and you will lose access to your video library.
Video Storage Period
Your videos will be stored for 3 months after your plan is cancelled. After that, your videos will be deleted and cannot be restored. That means that you and people you have shared the video with will no longer be able to watch the video.
CRM Integration Data
If you have been using one of our CRM-integrations, you might see that “video created” and “video seen” activities are listed in your CRM’s activity tab. This information is stored in your CRM and will not be affected when your subscription is cancelled. However, once the video gets deleted, you will no longer be able to see the video that is connected with the activity.

- CRM Data Export: Export any integration data you want to keep
- Analytics Reports: Save any performance data or analytics reports
- Contact Lists: Export any contact or viewer data you’ve collected
Cancellation vs. Downgrade
Instead of canceling completely, you might consider:
